Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of natural stone mining forklift trucks (hereinafter referred to as "forklift trucks"), a list of hazards, safety requirements and/or safety measures and judgments, verification of safety requirements and/or protective measures, and usage information. This standard sets forth restrictions on forklift trucks from the perspectives of physical performance and intended use, and the safety requirements specified herein apply to the hazards arising at all stages of the machine's lifespan as specified in GB/T 15706. This standard applies to forklift trucks used in mining, stone yards, docks, and other locations for forklifting, transferring, and stacking block-shaped objects such as stones, with a rated load capacity of 10,000 kg to 45,000 kg. Forklift trucks with a load capacity exceeding 45,000 kg may refer to this standard for implementation.
