Scope

This document sets out the objectives, organizational structure and responsibilities of power generation enterprises in standardizing safety production, investment in safety production, system construction, safety education and training, on-site management, safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and treatment, emergency management, accident handling, safety culture and informatization, and the content and methods of evaluation and improvement. This document is applicable to the standardization of safety production in thermal power generation, hydropower generation, wind power generation, and photovoltaic power generation enterprises. Other power generation enterprises may refer to and implement it accordingly.
