DB44/T 665-2009 The method for detecting multiple residues of quinolones in eggs (DB44/T 665-2009)
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS-Nis) methods for the detection of quinolone drug residues in eggs, with LC-MS-MS being designated as the arbitration method. This standard applies to the quantitative determination of enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, difloxacin, sarafloxacin, difluoroacetic acid, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin, lomefloxacin, florfenicol, and oxolinic acid individually or in combination in eggs. It also applies to the quantitative determination and confirmation of enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, difloxacin, sarafloxacin, difluoroacetic acid, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin, lomefloxacin, mafloxacin, florfenicol, nalidixic acid, and oxolinic acid individually or in combination in eggs using LC-MS-MS method.
