Scope

This document specifies the test items, methods, and requirements for the equipment acceptance test and subsystem test of hybrid high-voltage direct current circuit breakers. This document is applicable to hybrid high-voltage direct current circuit breakers used in 100~500kV high-voltage direct current transmission systems. Other voltage levels can be implemented with reference to this document.
