Scope
This document applies to the cement industry, including enterprises engaged in cement raw material mining, cement (clinker) production, cement grinding, bulk cement transfer, cement product manufacturing, etc., as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, environmental acceptance of completed projects, production operation control, monitoring and supervision, and pollution control and supervision management of existing cement production facilities for enterprises that utilize cement kilns to co-dispose of solid waste. The control of pollutants in non-metallic mineral mining and powder processing, as well as in the mining and processing of construction sand and gravel aggregates, shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
