Scope
In order to prevent and mitigate major safety risks in production, curb serious accidents such as fires, explosions, and acute industrial poisoning (hereinafter referred to as "poisoning") caused by dangerous chemicals, and guide the chemical (dangerous chemicals) industry to plan and develop safely in an orderly manner, and support emergency management departments and other departments that supervise and manage the safety production of chemical parks to conduct precise supervision and scientific emergency response, this standard is formulated. This standard applies to the overall safety risk assessment of chemical parks (concentrated areas) (hereinafter referred to as "chemical parks") planned, under construction, or completed within Sichuan Province. It stipulates the management rules, work procedures, assessment content, and report preparation requirements for the overall safety risk assessment of chemical parks. Other major risk functional areas involving dangerous chemicals may refer to and implement it accordingly.
