Scope
This standard stipulates the basic principles, organizational leadership, assessment content, assessment implementation, assessment results, and supervision and management requirements for the performance evaluation of government affairs openness. This standard applies to all levels of administrative organs in Sichuan Province, including their dispatched agencies and internal organs established in accordance with laws and regulations to perform administrative management functions in their own names, as well as organizations authorized by laws and regulations to perform public affairs management functions. Grassroots mass autonomous organizations (residents' committees and villagers' committees) may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
