Scope
This standard specifies the construction requirements for government websites, new media for government affairs, government gazettes, and inquiry points for government information disclosure. This standard applies to all levels of administrative organs in Sichuan Province, as well as the dispatched agencies and internal institutions established by administrative organs to perform administrative management functions in their own names in accordance with laws and regulations, and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to perform functions of managing public affairs.
