DB51/T 2659-2019 Guidelines for the preparation and publication of government information disclosure regulations

Scope

This standard stipulates the principles, content, publication process, and dynamic update requirements for the preparation of government information disclosure guidelines. This standard applies to all administrative organs of Sichuan Province (including administrative organs at all levels, dispatched agencies established by administrative organs to perform administrative management functions in their own names in accordance with laws and regulations, internal agencies, and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to perform public affairs management functions). Grassroots mass autonomous organizations (residents' committees and villagers' committees) may refer to and implement it accordingly.
