T/GXAF 0012-2023 Determination of Artemisinin Content in Artemisia annua by Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry (LC-QQQ-MS)
Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: This document describes the principle of determining the content of artemisinin in Artemisia annua by liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, and stipulates the requirements for reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, analysis steps, result calculation and expression, and precision. This document is applicable to the determination of the content of artemisinin in Artemisia annua, with a detection limit of 0.25 μg/g and a determination limit of 0.75 μg/g. The principle is as follows: ultrasonically extract artemisinin from the sample with acetonitrile, purify it with a matrix-dispersed solid-phase extraction agent, and determine it by liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, with quantification by external standard method.
