Scope

This standard specifies the file archiving and appraisal of document materials and archives, the appraisal of archives admitted to the archive, the appraisal of expired archives, the appraisal of important archives, and the appraisal of archives opening to the public. This standard applies to all levels of national archives in Fujian Province (hereinafter referred to as archives) and to the document materials and archives appraisal work of government agencies, organizations, enterprises (institutions) and other organizations (hereinafter collectively referred to as units).
