GB/T 26416.6-2023 Chemical analysis methods for rare earth ferroalloy—Part 6:Determination of molybdenum, tungsten and titanium contents—Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry
Basic Information
Scope
This document describes the method for determining the contents of molybdenum, tungsten, and titanium in rare earth iron alloys (lanthanum iron alloys, cerium iron alloys, lanthanum-cerium iron alloys, neodymium iron alloys, dysprosium iron alloys, gadolinium iron alloys, holmium iron alloys, and yttrium iron alloys).
This document is applicable to the determination of the contents of molybdenum, tungsten, and titanium in rare earth iron alloys (lanthanum iron alloys, cerium iron alloys, lanthanum-cerium iron alloys, neodymium iron alloys, dysprosium iron alloys, gadolinium iron alloys, holmium iron alloys, and yttrium iron alloys). The elements and their concentration ranges (mass fractions) are as follows: tungsten, 0.010% to 0.20%; molybdenum, 0.005% to 0.10%; and titanium, 0.005% to 0.10%.
