Scope

This standard applies to the supervision and inspection of long-distance (oil and gas) pipelines carrying GA-class crude oil, refined oil, liquid petroleum gas, natural gas, and gas, as stipulated in the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" and the "Rules on the Design and Licensing of Pressure Vessels and Pressure Pipelines". This standard does not apply to pipelines and facilities within oil and gas first stations, intermediate stations, final stations, and storage facilities.
