本标准规定了免疫磁珠净化超高效液相色谱测定粮食中黄曲霉毒素 B1、B2、G1、G2（AFB1、AFB2、AFG1、AFG2）的原理、试剂和材料、仪器和设备、分析步骤、测定、结果计算和精密度等内容。
本标准适用于小麦、玉米、稻谷和植物油等粮油样品中 AFB1、AFB2、AFG1 和 AFG2 的测定。
本标准 AFB1 的检出限为 0.1 μg/kg，AFB2 的检出限为 0.03 μg/kg，AFG1 的检出限为 0.1 μg/kg，AFG2 的检出限为 0.03 μg/kg；AFB1 的定量限为 0.3 μg/kg，AFB2 的定量限为 0.1 μg/kg，AFG1 的定量限为 0.3 μg/kg，AFG2 的定量限为0.1 μg/kg。
