Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, abbreviations, and test methods for performance testing of industrial X-ray CT devices (hereinafter referred to as CT devices), including spatial resolution, density resolution, positioning light accuracy, layer thickness accuracy, and CT value standard deviation.
This standard applies to the factory inspection and type inspection of industrial CT devices.
