Scope
This part of GB/T 34077 specifies the evaluation index system for the quality of cloud-based e-government public platform services, the evaluation implementation organizations, the evaluation implementation procedures, the evaluation results and applications, the service provision quality evaluation methods, and the infrastructure resource utilization evaluation methods. This part is applicable to the service quality evaluation of cloud-based e-government public platforms. Note: Unless otherwise specified, "e-government public platform" in the following chapters all refers to "cloud-based e-government public platforms".
