This standard is applicable to the rapid detection of methyl deltamethrin pesticide residues in rice; Main technical content: Using the competitive detection principle in immunoassay, by coating a certain amount of coating antigen in the detection zone and coating sheep anti-mouse polyclonal antibody in the quality control zone, the competitive reaction between the colloidal gold-labeled antibody and the substances in the sample and the detection zone is observed, and the reaction results (the appearance of color bands on the test strip) in the detection zone and quality control zone of the test strip are observed.
