Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, tests, test results, and test reports for the high-temperature mechanical properties of quartz fiber fabrics reinforced resin matrix composites. This standard applies to the tensile, compression, bending, and short-beam shear strength tests of two-dimensional woven quartz fiber fabrics reinforced resin matrix composites at test temperatures not exceeding 500 °C. Other fiber-reinforced resin matrix composites can be used as reference for application.
