DB34/T 1749-2012 Ethylene cracking furnace tube temperature safety monitoring and early warning system
DB34/T 1749-2012 Ethylene cracking furnace tube temperature safety monitoring and early warning system
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic parameters, models and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of the safety monitoring and analysis system for the tube temperature of ethylene cracking furnaces (hereinafter referred to as the system). This standard applies to the safety monitoring and analysis system for the tube temperature of cracking furnaces, which consists of an explosion-proof electrical control box, monitoring probes, gas source cabinets, drive devices, and data processing and control units. The system is suitable for real-time monitoring of the tube temperature of cracking furnaces in the petrochemical industry and early warning of tube temperature safety, and it is also applicable to real-time monitoring of tube temperature and early warning of tube temperature safety in tube-type reactors in other industries.
