Scope
This document describes a manual analysis method for determining nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, and ammonium nitrogen in fresh soil samples by extraction with a 1 mol/L potassium chloride solution. This document is suitable for all types of soil samples that have been mixed evenly by appropriate methods.
