NB/T 20372-2016 Pressurized Water Reactor Nuclear Power Plant Reactor Control Rod Drive Mechanism Installation Technical Regulations
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the installation of reactor control rod drive mechanisms in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants during the installation phase. This standard applies to the installation of step-by-step magnetic lifting type control rod drive mechanisms (referred to as drive mechanisms) in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants, which are connected to the drive mechanism tube seat by trapezoidal threads and sealed by welding with the CANOPY welding seam structure. The basic requirements include the assembly, welding, and hydrostatic testing of the drive mechanism pressure-resistant shell (containing hook claw assemblies), heat insulation sleeve assemblies, coil assemblies, and rod position detectors on the reactor pressure vessel CRDM tube seat (referred to as CRDM tube seat), as well as the installation of drive rod assemblies on reactor internals.
