Scope

This document describes an enzymatic method for determining the total starch content in feed and feed raw materials. This document is applicable to the determination of the total starch content in compound feed, concentrated feed, supplementary feed, and feed raw materials, as well as the determination of the starch content in pure starch. This document is not applicable to samples containing components that affect the absorbance at a wavelength of 340 nm in the matrix. The quantitative limit of this method is 4%.
