Main Technical Content: 4. Planting Technology for Vineyard Establishment 4.1.1 Seedling Quality The quality of seedlings shall comply with the provisions of NY 469. Dedusted seedlings are preferred. 4.1.2 Seedling Treatment Use first-grade seedlings with a root length of 15–20 cm. Disinfect the seedlings before planting. Common disinfectants include 3°Bé–5°Bé sulfuric acid mixture, 1% copper sulfate, or a 500-fold dilution of 10% Biolitic water solution. 4.1.3 Planting Spring planting: Late March to mid-April. Autumn planting: Early to mid-November. Planting method: Dig planting ditches 0.8–1.0 m wide and 0.8–1.0 m deep to amend the soil and plant the seedlings. 4.2.1 Pole Specifications The pole material is reinforced concrete. There are two pole posts per row, with a cross-section of 23 cm × 12 cm and a height of 2.7 m; two top posts with a cross-section of 8 cm × 10 cm and a height of 2.7 m, with a slope of 45°. The middle post has a cross-section of 8 cm × 10 cm and a height of 2.7 m, with approximately 70 posts per 667 m2 and a post spacing of 4 m. 4.2.2 Rain Shelter Specifications The rain shelter is 3 m high and 2.5 m wide, with an arch height of 80 cm and a fence height of about 2.2 m. A 40 cm gap is left, and a bird-proof net is placed over the gap. The tarpaulin uses a 0.1 mm thick long-lasting film. 4.2.3 Pole Burial Bury one pole every 4 m, with a total of 70 poles per 667 m2, at a depth of 50 cm. 4.2.4 "Bird-shaped Frame" Wire Specifications The grape spacing is 1 m.
