DB53/T 288-2009 Determination of the contents of lead, arsenic, iron, calcium, zinc, aluminum, sodium, magnesium, boron, manganese, copper, barium, titanium, strontium, tin, cadmium, chromium, vanadium by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) method
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) method for determining the content of lead, arsenic, iron, calcium, zinc, aluminum, sodium, magnesium, boron, manganese, copper, barium, titanium, strontium, tin, cadmium, chromium, and vanadium in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of lead, arsenic, iron, calcium, zinc, aluminum, sodium, magnesium, boron, manganese, copper, barium, titanium, strontium, tin, cadmium, chromium, and vanadium in foods such as tea, pastries, grains, fruits and vegetables, aquatic products, poultry and meat, beverages, etc. It is also applicable to the determination of lead, cadmium, iron, zinc, and tin in foods with high salt content such as pickles and seasonings. It can also be used as a reference method for the determination of the above-mentioned 18 elements in other foods. This standard is not applicable to the determination of the minimum detection mass concentration of lead and other 18 elements exceeding the values specified in Table A.2 of Appendix A.
