Main technical content: 1. Requirement 1: Based on GB 3095《Environmental Air Quality Standards》, GB 5084《Irrigation Water Quality Standards for Farmland》, and GB 15618《Soil Environmental Quality Standards》， the environmental conditions of the Huangbo production area were standardized. 2. Requirement 2: Based on the *Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China* and relevant national laws and regulations, the sensory characteristics, physical and chemical indicators, safety, and other quality technical requirements of Huangbo were standardized. 3. Requirement 3: Based on the Sichuan Provincial Local Standard DB51/T 1149-2010《Harmless Chinese Herbal Medicine Afforestation Technical Regulations—Huangbo》 and the actual production situation of Huangbo in Dayi County, the variety and production technical requirements of Huangbo in Dayi County were standardized. 4. Testing methods: Follow the testing methods specified in the *Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China*. 5. Inspection rules: Follow relevant national laws and regulations and the provisions of the *Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China*, taking into account the actual situation in Dayi County. 6. Labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage: - Prepackaged product labels shall follow GB 7718; - Special product logos shall follow the provisions of the *Decree of the State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China [2005] No. 78*; - Packaging and storage pictograms shall follow GB/T 191; - Packaging materials shall follow GB/T 731 and GB/T 8964.
