Scope

This procedure is applicable to indicating high-voltage electrostatic voltmeters (hereinafter referred to as electrostatic voltmeters) with a rated voltage higher than 600 V, which are used to measure high-frequency high voltage and direct current high voltage. It is used for the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of the electrostatic voltmeters.
