Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, cultivation techniques, production technology management, disease and pest control, and harvesting techniques for chromium-rich black wheat. This standard is suitable for the cultivation of chromium-rich black wheat. Main technical content: 4. Cultivation Techniques For cultivation techniques not specified in this clause, conventional farming and agronomic techniques shall still be applied. 4.1 Seed and Its Processing 4.1.1 Variety Selection According to market demand, the high-quality black wheat variety Hebei Zi 439 from the Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences was selected. 4.1.2 Seed Selection One week before sowing, the wheat seeds were exposed to the sun for 2-3 days. Using a color sorter or manual methods, the seeds were selected to remove immature seeds, diseased seeds, and impurities. 4.1.3 Seed Quality The seed purity and net weight should be more than 98%, the germination rate should be no less than 85%, and the seed moisture content should be no more than 13%. 4.1.4 Seed Treatment It is recommended to mix the seeds with Azoxystrobin Suspension Seed Coating Agent according to the instructions for use. 4.2 Straw Return to Field After corn harvest, the straw was crushed (with a length of ≤10 cm) and ploughed into the soil. 4.3 Tillage On the basis of reasonable crop rotation, it is advisable to select soils with deep tillage layers, convenient irrigation and drainage, good physical and chemical properties, and fertile and loose soils. Mechanical tillage with a depth of about 25 cm was used to break up the ploughed layer without omitting any tillage.
