Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for sample collection and processing in scientific experiments, inspection and testing, or in mobile laboratories at test sites.
This standard applies to the collection and processing of samples of primary agricultural products, processed foods, water quality, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, feed, chemical products, etc. used in land-based mobile laboratories.
