Scope
This standard specifies the test indicators, test scope, test scenarios, test instruments, and test content and methods involved in testing the access rate of mobile terminals in mobile broadband access scenarios. This standard is applicable to the measurement of the access packet data network speed of mobile broadband users. Mobile broadband access technologies mainly include TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, cdma2000 HRPD, TD-LTE, LTE FDD, etc. The WLAN access scenarios provided by operators to the public are also applicable to this standard.
