Main technical content: 1. Definition: Zunhua Snow Pear refers to an excellent variety of the White Pear series native to the Zunhua region of Hebei Province. It is named for its flesh, which is as white as jade and resembles frost and snow. Its outstanding characteristics include large, oval or round fruits with a green-yellow, waxy surface and light brown fruit spots, as well as a thin skin. The flesh is crispy, juicy, and has a pleasant sweet-and-sour taste. After storage, the fruit skin gradually turns golden yellow. 2. Basic requirements for Snow Pear: The fruits must be fully ripe, fresh and clean, with intact stems, no abnormal odors, and no excessive moisture. 3. Soluble solids content (%) ≥ 11 4. Hygiene indicators: Pollutant limits, fungal mold limits, and maximum pesticide residue limits should comply with the provisions of GB 2762, GB 2761, and GB 2763. 5. Net content: It must meet the requirements of the "Measures for the Supervision and Management of Quantitative Packaging Commodities" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (No. 75).
