Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of multifunctional standard sources with the highest accuracy level exceeding DC 001 and AC 005, and with output functions of DC voltage, DC current, DC resistance, AC voltage, and AC current. It also applies to the calibration of standard sources with the aforementioned single output function or combined output function.
In this specification, the DC voltage calibration range is ±10 mV to ±1,000 V, the AC voltage calibration range is 10 mV to 1,000 V (10 Hz to 1 MHz), the DC current calibration range is ±10 μA to ±100 A, the AC current calibration range is 10 mA to 100 A (10 Hz to 10 kHz), and the DC resistance calibration range is 1 Ω to 1 GΩ.
