Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions of electric management machines and the test conditions, items, and methods for rotary tillage operations in facility environments. This document is suitable for plug-in electric management machines in facility environments. Main technical content: 4. Technical measurements 4.1 Purpose: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the manufacturing quality and structural parameters of the prototype before the test to evaluate whether it complies with the technical documents and drawings. 4.2 Requirements: If serious defects are found in the prototype that cannot be resolved in the short term during the technical measurement process, subsequent test procedures will no longer be conducted. 4.3 Measurement content 4.3.1 Check the manufacturing quality of the prototype according to the provisions in the technical documents of the prototype. 4.3.2 Summarize the results of the main technical parameters of the prototype and record them in Table 1. 5. Performance tests 5.1 Purpose: Evaluate whether the operating quality of the prototype meets local agricultural technical requirements and assess its operating energy consumption to determine whether the prototype meets the design targets. 5.2 Preparation and requirements for performance tests 5.2.1 Before the test, develop a performance test plan. Among the operating parameters such as operating speed, tillage depth, and tillage width to be tested, any one parameter being changed by a certain amount is called a working condition. At least three runs of the same working condition shall be conducted. 5.2.2 The test site shall be selected based on the adaptation range of the test prototype and representative local fields; the test conditions in various parts of the field shall be basically the same; the area of the field shall meet the measurement requirements of all test items; the length of the test area shall be no less than 20m, and an appropriate stabilization area shall
