Scope
Scope: This document specifies the basic requirements, design requirements, and performance requirements for fish sorting devices. This document is applicable to the design and manufacture of devices for head-tail orientation, ventral-dorsal orientation, arrangement, and posture adjustment of fish such as tilapia, yellow croaker, carp, and silver carp. Main technical content: 4.1 The product nameplate shall indicate the manufacturer and the main rated technical parameters, with Chinese and English versions (Chinese first). 4.2 The materials in contact with fish bodies shall comply with the provisions of GB 16798-1997 section 4.3.1 and 4.3.5. 4.3 The lubricating grease used for mechanical components shall comply with the provisions of GB 15179. 4.4 The fish sorting devices shall comply with the provisions of SB/T 222 and be manufactured according to the approved drawings and technical documents. 4.5 The purchased accessories shall comply with the provisions of SB/T 223 or the product user manual, and be accompanied by the manufacturer's product quality certificate or quality grade certificate. 4.6 The sheet metal parts shall be flat, with secure fastenings, and without obvious twisting, cracks, wrinkles, or unevenness. 4.7 The stamped parts shall not have cracks, wrinkles, burrs, or obvious scratches. 4.8 The welding seams of welded parts shall be smooth and uniform, with welding slag removed completely, and no welding omissions or burn-throughs allowed. 4.9 The main equipment shall adopt an AC 380V/50Hz three-phase three-wire insulated system for AC circuits, an AC 220V/50Hz single-phase two-wire insulated system for AC circuits, and a DC 24V/50Hz two-wire insulated system for DC circuits. 4.10 The fish sorting devices and their supporting motors shall have reliable grounding devices or bolts, and clear grounding marks. 4.11 The electrical equipment of the devices shall comply with the provisions of SB/T 227, with protective measures and warning signs in place. 4.12
