Scope
This document specifies the data unit format, protocol process, business description, and other content of the Licklider Transfer Protocol (hereinafter referred to as the LTP protocol). It provides supplementary provisions for the application of the LTP protocol in spatial data and information transmission systems, including lower-layer communication protocols and business adaptation, domain value ranges, business data aggregation, and protocol management information content, etc.
This document is applicable to providing optional reliable data transmission on spatial links with long communication delays and frequent interruptions.
