Scope
This document specifies the general technical requirements, metrological performance requirements, calibration conditions, and calibration methods for pressure-type sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas density relays (hereinafter referred to as density relays). This document is applicable to the on-site calibration and laboratory calibration of spring tube or bellows pressure-type density relays that are newly manufactured, in use, or after maintenance.
