Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, evaluation preparation, evaluation procedures, evaluation content, evaluation methods, and the use of standards for the evaluation of the cultivation and management of Sichuan Buddha's Hand in Shaoyang District, Leshan City. This document is applicable to the evaluation of the implementation of good operation indicators in the cultivation process of Sichuan Buddha's Hand within the administrative area of Shaoyang District, Leshan City. Main technical content: The main control indicators for document file management include: a) the quality of the production environment. The quality of the production environment shall comply with the provisions of SCSKJQYLHH 13; b) the quality and safety commitment letter; c) the crop production operation procedures; d) the production subject participating in or self-organizing standardized training; e) the certificate of qualified agricultural products; f) the overview of the occurrence of harmful organisms on crops in recent years; g) the proof of the purchase of input materials such as seedlings, fertilizers, and pesticides in the current year; h) the formulation of HACCP plans or quality and safety hazard prevention and control programs for agricultural products in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 19538; i) the emergency manual for agricultural product quality and safety incidents; j) the detection records of agricultural product quality and safety. The quality of agricultural products shall comply with GB 2763, GB 2762, GB 2761, and related control requirements. The main control indicators for inventory record management include: a) the management records of plots. Information such as the year, crop name, variety, and planting area shall be recorded; b) the management records of input materials.
