Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions for the cultivation of high-quality, high-resistance wine grapes 'Beimei', the selection and planning of grape plantation addresses, site establishment, fertilization and irrigation management, pruning and shaping, new shoot management, flower and fruit management, pest control, harvesting, and transportation standards. This document is applicable to the cultivation technology of high-quality, high-resistance wine grapes 'Beimei' by the Huanren Ice Wine Joint Chamber of Commerce. Main technical content: 1. Selection and planning of grape plantation addresses: Suitable for areas around large water bodies such as rivers and lakes. 2. Site establishment: Select rootstock seedlings in accordance with NY 469 standards, and it is recommended to use detoxified seedlings. 3. Planting grooves: Width and depth of 80 cm × 80 cm. The bottom of the groove is padded with crop straw and fully composted farmyard manure. 4. Trellis systems: Adopt horizontal trellis systems with upright leaf canopies. 5. Row spacing: 2.5 m; planting spacing: 1 m. 6. Planting period: After soil thawing and before bud sprouting in spring. 7. Fertilization and irrigation management: Implement according to NY/T 394 standards. 8. Shaping and pruning: Adopt fan-shaped pruning. 9. Shoot removal and training: Remove anti-freeze soil before bud swelling in spring. 10. New shoot management: Remove all buds below the first string of wires. On the trunk, retain 6-10 strong buds per meter of extension, and select one bud with inflorescences and strong vigor per node. 11. Fruit cluster management: Remove all side shoots above the fruit cluster before and during flowering, except for the top side shoot, which is retained until harvest. Remove all side shoots below the fruit cluster directly. 12. Non-fruiting plants: Remove all side shoots below the first string of wires. 13. Leaf removal and tipping: Remove all leaves below the first string of wines, except
