GB/Z 42533-2023 Hydraulic fluid power—System—Method to relate the cleanliness of a hydraulic system to the cleanliness of the components and hydraulic fluid that make up the system
Basic Information
Scope
This document describes the following common methods:
a) Relate the cleanliness of the system to the cleanliness of the components that make up the system and the oil contamination level;
b) Predict the final cleanliness of the hydraulic system after installation of the added oil, and the prediction of the final cleanliness is based on the cleanliness of each component in the system and the contamination level of the added oil;
c) Calculate and manage the contamination requirements of the components, assemblies, and oil that make up the system in order to achieve the final target cleanliness (RCL) of the system.
The methods specified in this document are applicable to the prediction of particles of any size, and can also be used for other oil systems besides hydraulic transmissions.
