Scope

This part of GBZ/T 201 specifies the dose control requirements for radiation therapy rooms using gamma-ray sources, and the calculation and evaluation of the radiation shielding thickness of the rooms.
This part is applicable to the shielding protection of three types of rooms: gamma-ray source remote therapy, high-dose-rate (HDR) brachytherapy, and stereotactic radiotherapy.
