Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the environmental requirements for the production sites and management techniques of Linjiang cai in Chongqing and similar ecological regions, as well as testing methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to the production, management, and storage of Linjiang cai in Chongqing and similar ecological regions. Main technical content: 1. Location requirements: - Avoid pollution sources such as factories, hospitals, and garbage dumps. - The site should be relatively flat, with convenient transportation, and a pH value between 6.0 and 7.0. - The soil should be deep, loose, rich in organic matter, and have good water and fertilizer retention, preferably a sandy loam or loam soil. - Avoid continuous cropping of cruciferous vegetables and implement a 2-3-year rotation system. - Environmental conditions must comply with DB50/T39-2001. 4. Production management 4.1 Pre-sowing preparation 4.1.1 Variety selection: - Select high-yielding, high-quality, disease-resistant, and marketable Linjiang cai varieties based on sowing time, sales markets, and soil conditions. - Seed quality must meet the requirements of GB 8079 for Class II or higher quality seeds. - Seedbed selection and preparation: - Choose fertile, loose, sunny, and well-drained plots with minimal cruciferous vegetable diseases as the seedbed. - Before sowing, deeply loosen the seedbed soil and apply 1,000 kg of composted human and animal manure, 15 kg of superphosphate, and 50 kg of charcoal ash per mu as base fertilizer. - For soils with a pH value below 6.0, mix 100-150 kg of quicklime with the seedbed soil to adjust soil acidity. - Create seedbed furrows with a width of 1.3-1.5 m and a depth of 15 cm. Level the furrows and shape them into a turtleback pattern. Drainage ditches should be dug around the seedbed. 4.2 Seeding and seedling cultivation 4.2.
