Scope

This standard specifies the basic error limits of pressure gauges and the allowable values of indications errors such as hysteresis, light tapping displacement, and environmental temperature effects.
This standard applies to pressure gauges (referred to as instruments) with different accuracy levels and measurement ranges, which use elastic elements as sensitive elements.
This standard specifies the indications error limits of instruments when the operating temperature deviates from the reference temperature. This standard only applies to instruments with a material elastic modulus temperature coefficient "K" of 0.04%/℃.
