Scope

This standard specifies the basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of mechanical weighing drying moisture analyzers.
This standard is applicable to mechanical weighing drying moisture analyzers (hereinafter referred to as moisture analyzers) used for determining the free moisture content of samples with relatively stable physical and chemical forms at temperatures ranging from 0 °C to 200 °C.
