Scope

Scope: This document provides recommendations and guidance on the basic principles, safeguards, model selection, operation and management, and safety and environmental protection aspects of the development of ecological circular agriculture. This document is applicable to the development of ecological circular agriculture; Main technical content: Following the concept of "turning waste into raw materials and resources into products", the circular utilization of agricultural waste is determined and integrated with promoting farmers' income increase. An industrial chain for the circular utilization of agricultural waste resources is formed with upstream and downstream industries, including but not limited to: a) Straw - compost - crops: Using straw from crops such as wheat, corn, and rice as the main raw material, it is collected and processed into organic fertilizer for crop cultivation nearby; b) Straw - feed - livestock and poultry manure - organic fertilizer - crops: Using straw from crops such as wheat, corn, and rice as the main raw material, it is processed into livestock and poultry feed through biological or chemical treatment, livestock and poultry are raised, and the manure is treated to produce organic fertilizer for crop cultivation; c) Straw (fruit branches) - substrate - edible fungus cultivation - mycelium returning to the soil - crops: Using straw (fruit branches) from crops such as wheat, corn, and rice as the substrate for edible fungus cultivation, the mycelium is used as fertilizer for crop cultivation; d) Agricultural waste such as crop straw and livestock and poultry manure - biogas - organic fertilizer - crops: Anaerobically treating various agricultural waste such as crop straw and livestock and poultry manure to produce biogas for farmers' living needs, and the residual sludge is used as organic fertilizer for crop cultivation; e) Agricultural organic waste such as crop straw and livestock and poultry manure - biological ferment
