Scope

This document, as a supplementary standard to the "Administrative Enforcement Process Standards of Sichuan Province" and the "Administrative Enforcement Document Standards of Sichuan Province", stipulates the requirements for the law enforcement business process of administrative adjudication, the norms for the description of the law enforcement process, the rules for the coding of administrative enforcement matters, and the basic normative requirements for the documents applicable to administrative adjudication law enforcement activities.
