Scope
This standard specifies the measurement requirements and procedures for the radiation characteristics and OTA characteristics of vehicle-mounted antennas under vehicle conditions, including the requirements for the measurement environment and measurement sites, the antenna pattern, and the measurement procedures for reception sensitivity and transmission/reception power. This standard applies to the measurement of AM/FM reception antennas, navigation antennas, vehicle-mounted millimeter wave radar antennas, digital broadcasting antennas, satellite digital broadcasting antennas, and keyless entry antennas in vehicle-mounted antennas. Other types of antennas can also refer to the provisions in this standard for measurement.
