Scope

1.0.1 This standard is formulated to regulate the depth of feasibility studies for electrochemical energy storage power stations. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the preparation of feasibility study reports for newly built, reconstructed, or expanded electrochemical energy storage power stations with a rated power of 500 kW and a rated energy of 500 kWh or more. 1.0.3 The feasibility study reports for electrochemical energy storage power stations should proceed from the actual situation of the project, take into account all aspects, and determine the design scheme through technical and economic comparisons based on the construction scale, project characteristics, power development plans, and grid conditions. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with this standard, the preparation of feasibility study reports for electrochemical energy storage power stations shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
