Scope
This procedure is applicable to the initial and subsequent verification of various types of frequency-stabilized 633nm lasers. It is suitable for the traceability of the vacuum wavelength (frequency) value of the output wavelength of various frequency-stabilized 633nm lasers and the measurement of frequency stability at different sampling time intervals. After passing the verification, the frequency-stabilized 633nm lasers can be used as the interferometer light source of the base standard device in the interferometric measurement systems of various verification and calibration devices at the national, provincial (ministerial) levels and in enterprises and institutions.
