Scope

This document specifies the start-up and trial run test procedures and requirements for impact turbine generator sets with a single-machine capacity of 5 MW or more, and a rotor diameter of 1.0 m or more. This document is applicable to the start-up and trial run tests and acceptance inspections of impact turbine generator sets and related equipment in hydropower stations.
