Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation principles, basic requirements, evaluation index system, evaluation methods, grade classification, and management for the evaluation of recycling resource recovery sites. This standard applies to the grade classification, evaluation, and management of fixed recycling resource recovery sites. This standard does not apply to recycling sites engaged in the recycling business of scrapped automobiles, hazardous waste, and radioactive waste.
