Scope
This standard specifies the safety test conditions and test methods for low-pressure hydrogen storage devices used in small fuel cell vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "low-pressure hydrogen storage devices"). This standard applies to low-pressure hydrogen storage devices used in small fuel cell vehicles with a volume not exceeding 3 L, a maximum temperature rise pressure not exceeding 25 MPa, and an operating temperature not lower than -40 °C and not higher than 65 °C.
